Observer to host City Commission candidate forum Wednesday

FERNANDINA BEACH — The Fernandina Observer will host a public forum Wednesday featuring the three candidates seeking the Fernandina Beach City Commission Seat 4.

Candidates Scott Inglis, Len Kreger and Staci McMonagle will discuss their qualifications and positions on the major issues facing the city, including taxes, the city budget, paid parking, development and future capital needs.

The 90-minute forum will include opening and closing statements and questions posed to each candidate by a moderator.

The forum begins at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, at Fernandina Beach City Hall, 204 Ash St. It is free and open to the public.

The Seat 4 race will appear on the Aug. 18 city election ballot.
